Ontario UFO Sightings 2000-01

*Kingston, Ontario, Canada July 25, 2000, 1:30 AM.
Three campers and myself witnessed three disk or saucer shaped multicolor emitting objects hovering in the night sky on July 25, 2000. The sighting occurred after a thirty-minute drive north of Kingston. Objects were
saucer shaped, hovering erratically at 1:30 AM in an inclined roughly 30 degrees angle. The bottom of each UFO was brightly lit with a white light. The top or back of each object was adorned with different colored lights with
red dominating the center in a line, and blue at the tips. Accompanied by shades of yellow and green. The lights would pulse in a seemingly random order, with the red lights flashing in synchronization, or one at a time. At
times, an object would assume a smooth regular flight path to commence hovering at a new location. Ascension and diving were rapid and at equal velocities. These objects were visible for two hours, and made no sound. It is
probably worth mentioning that there was an unusually large meteor shower that night at 1:30 AM.

On Thursday, August 31, 2000, at 11:00 PM, Ms. R.W. was on her fifth floor balcony in the city of London, Ontario, Canada, located approximately 132 miles (211
kilometers) southwest of Toronto, when she spotted a bright light coming towards her. "At first I thought it was an airplane coming towards me in the night sky," she reported, "As it was blinking an airborne
light. But as it got closer, we noticed it was blinking red, then yellow and seemed to be moving from side to side. We watched it for quite some time, and I got out my video camera. The color does not come out very well on the
camera, but it does show the pulsing of light and the movement (side to side -- R.W.) and it was taped on an old film. About a half hour into watching the object, there was another object that shot out of the bottom and what
looked like a shooting star."(Editor's comment" Some kind of flying probe?) "My son has tried to convince me that it was a shiing star, but I have never seen a star move away from me over time in the direction I
was facing. And I have never seen a shooting star come from a star. Looking off my fifth floor balcony, it appeared to be about 10 to 15 miles away. I watched it until 1:00 AM when I went to bed. It appeared to move against and
not in the same direction as the stars around it."

A very bright light moved through the
sky with another trailing behind it.... I was standing outside with my telescope trying to aim it at a star, then as I looked to the left of me I saw a light moving slowly, glowing with large amounts of light until it picked up
speed decreasing in brightness until it disappeared. Then there was another trailing after the other light doing the same thing until it disappeared. I stayed out longer to see if anything else happened, but nothing more turned
up. Windsor, Ontario, Canada It was a very clear night, and the moon was full. As I do on any clear night, I started to look at the stars. From the East, an object, which looked like a pen, appeared and was moving toward the
Detroit River (north from my location). It began to turn northward just past Casino Windsor, which has five circulating lights, which shine upwards (similar to the lights at an airport). It appeared as though the object
momentarily observed the source of the light from the Casino, and then flew northwards (towards Michigan) between the Casino and the Ambassador Bridge. Instead of flying in a straight line, the object began to fly in a
snake-like pattern until it disappeared from my view. I wasn't able to determine the height of this craft because there was absolutely no sound. There was also a definite glow to the object. At first I thought this was a
reflection of light from either a boat in the Detroit River or from the Casino lights, but the sky was incredibly clear. My heart began to pound, I began to sweat, and I got the chills when I finally realized what I saw!

I was driving down highway 17 in a car with my dad and my mom, coming back from my cottage, when we spotted 4 bright circles in the sky. we stopped the car to observe these bright orange circles, that seemed to be
dancing in the sky. I glanced over at the car clock and saw that it was about 7:31. Every minute thereafter up to 7:34, another craft added on, for a total of seven in the end. Then, the circles got closer and closer to us,
getting bigger and bigger, up to a point where we could see that each craft had about five lights total and was revolving around, like a Frisbee when it flies in the air. Then they started spinning faster and faster the lights
got blurry and made it seem like they had only one bright red light each, around the entire ship. Then, all of a sudden, they just blasted away and we never saw them again.

They were similar to what I reported months before and am sitting 12 stories high always looking east while working on my computer. This time the sky is cloudless and a normal blue. They were flying in a fixed formation
from south to north, bright silver metallic white with clear definition of solid objects. The size at arms length amounted to a quarter of an inch and the speed of travel was shocking. I watch planes flying day and night out of
this same window; these were not jet aircraft; these were hotrods in a hurry. These were the same craft that were reported to you months ago and that time they were stationery and playing tag with each other.

On Dec. 20/2000 at 8:38 PM EST,
I was driving north on HWY #38 -- which runs directly north of the eastern end of Lake Ontario. I looked to my left (West) and saw a bright green ball of light descending straight down. Gold/yellow sparks seemed to be coming
from the object. I was visible for only a couple of seconds. As well, it was extremely bright. The evening was exceptionally clear with no moon. My best guess is that the object would have been about 50 miles from me. This
would raise the possibility of other reports being files from the Belleville area as well as perhaps Trenton and Oshawa. If my guess with respect to distance is off, perhaps there might be some reports from Toronto. I watch the
sky a great deal and have not seen an object of this nature before. The color and path of descent are the two issues, which have compelled me to file this report. Best regards

I was traveling NE and saw a very bright white light that seemed like a falling star with a long tail. It was directly in front of my field of vision but was very far away. To my astonishment after seeing this light
coming straight down, a similar bright light appeared many miles west and shot back up into the atmosphere at an even faster velocity and disappeared immediately. It all occurred in a matter of a few seconds and I felt that I
witnessed something pretty bizarre!

My wife and I were out on the front lawn with the dog when we noticed the object. We watched it for perhaps a minute when a second object appeared out of the clouds. The second object was a little higher than the first
and moving at the same speed. They were traveling from the southwest to the northeast and I noticed that the wind was blowing from the east. They were not traveling fast. The two objects were also rotating about once every 2-3
seconds. That was the duration between flashes as though there was a reflective seam or surface on one side. I am retired and so is my wife.

We saw 6 Chevron shaped craft fly behind a hill. When we went to see we saw 8 more behind the hill. They seemed to be damaged. we saw 4 beings, light brown with large oval eyes, step out of the craft. They went and
seemed to inspect the craft. Then, they turned around and saw us. I heard a high pitched piercing noise, then I blacked out. When I came to, everything was gone and I noticed several punctures in my skin. Recently I have had
reoccurring dreams about the experience. In my dreams I see those beings
putting object that look like needles into me.

We were standing in the back yard waiting for the dogs to complete their business before retiring, when K , who was gazing at the sky for a good minute whispered loudly..." what do you suppose those are?" I
followed her extended pointing finger, and saw at least 30-40 bright orange lights in a boomerang formation moving slowly across the sky from North to South over the city. The formation seemed to narrow (tighten) and then
spread out ...meanwhile one light was zig zagging in and out of the formation. A plane circling for landing at Toronto International Airport could not have missed the spectacle in the sky above them .We thought at first we
might be looking at migrating geese with the lights of the city reflected off their white bellies, but apparently Canada Geese seldom fly at night, preferring to rest, and besides the lights appeared to be much too high up for
geese...the lights were the size of bright stars. A week later I saw a single object streak across the sky, around the same time of night. This object was much lower down, and appeared to be triangular (although it seemed to
have wings) in shape; it looked almost translucent and was a shimmering bright orange. It was traveling from the South East, towards the North over the city of Waterloo, at a speed much faster than any plane I have ever seen.
Both these sightings have left us puzzled and a little scared... the more time passes the more we doubt our own eyes and the experience we both had. Very interesting! The day after I had the single sighting, I phoned a
professor who has a strong interest in Astronomy at the University of Waterloo. She was extremely interested and told me that she had been seeing unexplained lights near the horizon for a week, and like us, thought their must
be some other explanation for them. I am a 50 year old mother of seven grown children, I have a science degree, and am the president of a national animal
welfare organization... I don't smoke and I don't drink...just incase
you wanted to know!!! The other witness is my daughter (We were visiting with her in Ontario), married with two young children.
Peterborough ON July 19th 2001 10:40PM
I live in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada--Tonight my friend and I saw a strange flying object in the air around 10:40 p.m Thursday July 19.It looked like a large circle or oval with green and bright lights -it actually looked like an artist's depiction of a flying saucer -- it was flying low and toward the ground west of Parkill Rd and Wallace Drive in Peterborough. It was not shaped like an airplane, helicopter or jet. It might have been a mile or a mile and a half or two miles west from that intersection but was readily visible in the sky. It was totally encircled by bright green and maybe white or lights not like an airplane.Just wondering what it might have been-- a military test or whatever. It was really strange and I have never seen anything like this before in my life. My friend was driving with me and she also saw the object. It disappeared very quickly and was traveling at a great speed. It seemed not to be a shooting star or meteor. It probably disappeared from sight in about 15 seconds. It did not burn out but actually moved across the sky and then was hidden by the trees.

I was changing the bindings of my snowboard in the livingroom of my residence. Something out the window caught my eye. Thinking it was an aircraft from Toronto Pearson Airport I resumed working on the board. Upon taking
a second glimpse, I realized that it was pretty strange. I grabbed my digital video camera and taped the object by hanging dangerously outside my second story window. I managed to get a couple minutes of footage. What I saw
seemed to be a slow moving fireball. There were no common green,red, blue or clear aircraft navigation lights. This was a fire orange color that seemed constant. I was wondering if maybe it was an aircraft in trouble. No
reports yet of any. This object moved from the Western sky to the south. I ran outside to get more footage. Any way I called police asking if there were any reports of aircraft trouble but they could not help. Oh well. Anyways,
I thought I would see if there was any way I could report this strange incident. Pretty amazing ! This does not seem to different to your report on the main page with the orange glow that was also picked up on video. Thanks.
Update On Above
Hello again, I am the same witness that reported seeing a fireball outside my window, high in the sky while repairing my snowboard bindings on Sunday morning, the 21 st. of January, 2001 - 12:40 AM.
This second submission is intended as an update after a time of reflection. I originally described this object as some sort of fire ball moving across the western sky into the south in a continuous arching fashion. I previously
mentioned that I had fortunately grabbed my digital video camera and taped this strange event. I have viewed the tape over and over in slow motion frame by frame. This object resembles a golden sphere that sometimes can be seen
quite clearly.
Unfortunately I was excited as hell and could not hold the camera perfectly still. Upon using the telephoto lens and also zooming out for scale the object is definitely something that is unexplainable by
myself, or the 12 other people that have viewed the tape so far. Highly educated and professional standing people that I presented it to have no clue what it is, however, together they all agree that it is definitely eerie. I'm
not into UFO's, nor do I really want to push this issue with anyone because I don't really want to get hung up on researching the hell out of
it, but it was so strange that I decided to call Transport Canada, Environment
Canada and believe it or not, I was connected on Sunday morning to Pearson International Airport's control tower shift manager because I actually thought I had a video of a plane in an emergency and wondered if
they would
need it. I spoke to the shift manager and he said that there were no reports of trouble in the air earlier that morning. I described to him what I had on tape and he came up with explanations such as a meteor or a plane burning
surplus fuel. I see allot of aircraft in this area and they make noise, even high up in the stratosphere. This did not make a sound. I even went so far as to record aircraft and a star from the same window last night to see how
they would compare to my original fireball/sphere recording. Not Even Close ! After seeing this thing I went to the internet
for explanations. I have never been to your site nor any other UFO sites before. I managed to read
some similar sounding occurrences and have concluded in my mind that what I saw was definitely strange. I will leave it up to who ever views the tape to conclude what it is for themselves. I can't wait to hear the next

*Manitoulin Island, January 1, 2001, 4:30 & 5:30 PM

January 1st, 2001 between 4:30 and 5:30 PM (I believe, I can collaborate with another eyewitness). Me and my girlfriends father seen two UFO's over Manitoulin Island. I was facing SW. They appear to be bright yellowish lights
and they didn't move. each had its own shape. One circular and the other was shaped like a comet with two tails and a round head. The sky was clear and the sun was setting. They looked like they were on the edge of earths
atmosphere. I video taped about 30 to 60 seconds. Me and a friend kept an eye on the UFO's as we traveled west on the island. And as we dipped into valleys we couldn't see them (we were not in a line of sight). We watched them
for about 5 more minutes then we lost track of them. They appeared to change into a circle as we traveled west. I have them on 8 MM video. I asked a local store owner about UFO's there and he said he sees them all the time but
is afraid to tell anyone in fear they might think he is crazy (its a small town). Does anyone know of any similar sightings on this island or around the world ? What should I do with this video ? Thanks

outdoors in his hometown of Fort Erie, Ontario about 40 miles (64 kilometers) south of Toronto, when he spotted a triangular UFO flying over Lake Erie. "The UFO went from west to the northeast, heading towards the Niagara
Falls area" Brian reported, "The object came over Lake Erie and flew from one end of the Fort Erie skyline to the other in just a few seconds. Four or five
seconds, at the most. Triangular shape; three lights, one
in each corner, and completely silent. The color blended in with the night sky."

I was walking my friend home and he pointed out a light shining on the shore of the canal. I looked and noticed a sort of flashlight beam bouncing on the rocks. I then looked in the water and there was a pinkish thing
in the water. I freaked! I didn't know what it was. It turned it's head a saw us. We were the only people, that weren't zooming by in cars. I seen eyes imbedded deep within its face. As soon as it saw us, it dipped under and we
didn't see it again. My friend did not see this entire thing, but he can confirm that there was something there. He was busy staring at the light in the sky. It was moving, in sort of what seemed like circles, very fast. It
first looked like a spotlight coming up from the ground, but it could because the clouds were low and you would be able to see the beam. I thought it could be a helicopter, shining its light from above the clouds. But that
would work because there's absolutely nothing like that around here. The object disappeared then came back after about thirty seconds, then disappeared again. We waited awhile but it did not return.

There was a odd looking shadow cast by the setting sun. I looked up to see a triangle shape what looked to be 200 yards away. Just over the trees. I went into my house looking for the camera (No Film). When I returned
the object had moved maybe 50 yards in a northerly direction. Then it took off at a great speed, out of site in about 3 seconds.

*Ottawa, Ontario March 7, 2001
This is what I recall. I am already outside, down at the water's edge at Stathcoma Park. This park is less than a mile from where I live, in Ottawa, Ontario. The water is
part of the Ottawa River, which runs right through the city of Ottawa, in the south end where I live. Anyway, I recall standing at the water's edge, in the late evening, it's already dark out, I don't recall seeing anyone else
near by. From my left, I recall hearing a low rumbling noise, this noise came very slowly in my direction, following the course of the water. I recall seeing a HUGE craft, about 1/2 the size of a football field. (approximately
size wise). It was floating about 1,000 feet up in the air, gray in color, "floating "very slowly, almost silent except for this very low rumbling noise. There appeared to be lots of small windows on the top section.
I remember I was feeling very much in awe, and very impressed by the HUGE, massive size. I wasn't scared at all. I "knew" I was safe, I knew I wouldn't get hurt or harmed in any way by the craft. In total I watched it
for about 10 minutes. I don't remember whether it just vanished, or kept "floating" past till it was out of sight or what. But my last recollection was of me looking up into the sky almost directly above, 1,000 feet
into the sky and seeing this HUGE craft. I can still picture the craft in vivid detail in my mind. I have tried to sketch it for you, but my attempt doesn't really do the actual craft proper justice. I did have something else
to tell you concerning this craft. A male friend of mine, "J" met up with me the following day or so later. Like myself, "J" is also very much interested in UFO material. I told him of my experience of the
evening of March 7/2001. As I was telling him, his very eager manor indicated he had something to tell me. "J" had been about 1 hour after dark on the evening of March 7/2001, on Cummings bridge, which spans the
Ottawa river. Now Cummings bridge is about 1 mile up river, to my left. "J" said he was standing on the bridge, used by cars and pedestrians and alike. He said he saw lights flashing in the sky directly above the
water, about a few hundred feet in the air. There was still allot of ice on the water. These lights were flashing and moving down river very slowly. (They would have been moving in my direction) "J" said he watched
the lights slowly move down river until they disappeared. He didn't follow them, he says, now I wishes he had. "J" said he went back to the same spot on the bridge in the morning light, and noticed that the ice was
broken up directly down the middle of the river, and as if it had been cut by a knife.Not usual in ice break up with chunks floating willy-hilly about. But a exact straight cut through the ice. Straight down the course of the
river. Probably the same path the lights had taken. My friend "J" and I were both surprised we witnessed the same craft. "J" from the bridge, me an hour or so later at the water's edge. My friend
"T" did ask me what kind of craft I thought it might be. "Mothership" immediately came to mind. Thanks to Johanna for her report

Last night @ 12:01 am Ottawa time (therefore, one minute into Friday June15, 2001), a friend and I saw two incidents of objects moving through the sky that we could
not identify. Their movement and speed was inconsistent with any aircraft or stars we had ever witnessed. It looked like two objects moving together that passed over us, then a couple of minutes later another two objects passed
along a similar path only much higher. They moved at incredible speed and seemed to swirl as the travelled. I live near Parliament Hill in lowertown Ottawa and would say that their path was in the north sky sort of along the
Ottawa River. Thank you Chris

The other evening, after I purchased a Telescope (Bushnell Voyager) for the boys, I was sighting it in on Venus -- Low to the east at about 9:30 -- and while looking over the telescope I noticed 3, what looked to be
stars, moving in unison at a extremely high altitude. In the foreground was a jet airliner making its way in the same direction (NE) of the 3 stars which were much higher and moving much slower than the aircraft. Venus remained
stationary as a point of reference. I said to the boys: "Look at those 3 stars moving up there." They looked and said they saw them, then they faded away. They formed a triangle pattern. It would be my guess that
there was about 10 miles between the 3 points. Any ways, I actually saw something which I have no prosaic explanation for.

I was sitting on the porch, when a bright white light (about intensity of venus) came from the south west and travelled rapidly in a straight line in about 2 minutes to the opposite horizon which I thought was faster
than satellites I have seen previously.

Thank you for writing to me, and your interest in my story. It definitely was something unusual and well in plain
words it was freaky. To start off I will tell you that I live in Cardiff, ON. About 2 hours away from Peterborough. I live in a subdivision built on a swamp. There are about approximately 250 houses here. Its not very big
at all. Where my house is there are trees and bushes at the back and it is easy to see the stars and stuff at night cause there is hardly any light behind the houses. The morning that this thing had showed up it was a clear sky
there wasn't any clouds or anything out, it was all stars and the moon. The sky was really bright. I was leaving my neighbours house at approximately three or quarter after in the morning. I was having
one of my sleeping problems that night and decided to visit my friend two doors over to the right of me. I went over at eleven and left at the time I had mentioned above. When I stepped out the door to turn to my left I noticed
this strange light hovering above my neighbours house. Their house is right beside my home. I then decided to take at look above where I was standing and all around to see if there were any other clouds . There
wasn't. I called for the women whom I was visiting at the time to come out and see what I was looking at and to give me an explanation for this. She had no idea and neither did I. There was also another person there at
the time. He is an unbeliever of things like the unknown. He couldn't figure out what this was. It was a blackish and greyish cloud that was just sitting there not moving but there were two distinct lights coming through
the cloud. They were white and very bright. The two lights were moving in a horizontal motion back and forth, like it was searching for something. My first thought was that it was northern lights. Then I realized that northern
lights don't move in that way. There was also this strange noise that was coming from it. It sounded like a car engine and thunder crashing together or something. Its hard to compare with a noise cause it was unlike anything I
ever heard before. Then when that noise stopped it made a second noise that sounded like electricity buzzing. That noise stopped and then back to the thunderous sound again it was repeating this for about five minutes or so. I
then told my friend that I was going home because it was scaring me and I was worried about my husband. He was home sleeping. I ran over here to my house and immediately locked the doors and shut the blinds and jumped into bed
with my husband and snuggled into him. Pulled the blankets up and tried not to make any sound what so ever. I could still hear the thunder and the buzzing that this thing was giving off. It literally vibrated my windows
in my bedroom. That is how low this thing was to my house. I felt like if I even think anything this thing could just take us right here and there isn't anything anyone's going to do about it. I then don't remember
anything I must of fell asleep. However my nieghbour told me the next day that I should of stayed up because the best was yet to come. The cloud had slowly moved to the back of my home where this huge metallic spacecraft was
hovering behind it. It was about the size of a football field. The rest of the spacecraft was concealed by the cloud. As it was slowly moving it was blowing this cloud in front of itself and all around as if to camoflauge
itself. Fortunately it didn't do a very good job. My friend that lives two doors over has a huge bay window that is in her livingroom that faces the back of our homes. She and her company saw everything. It hovered for a
while then it shot out this huge ball of light that had different colours in it. It then separated into a whole bunch of little coloured balls of lights and then went all through our back yards in different directions. It
continued for about half an hour. When the spacecraft left at or around four in the morning approximately three or four jets flew by in the same spot the ship was hovering. Needless to say the gentleman that didn't believe in
ufo's or had never seen one before had just got the shock of a lifetime and is a definite believer now. My friend and neighbour doesn't want to talk about it anymore cause it scared her to death. Myself well I definitely think
that I need councelling for this one.Jennifer
Update
Jennifer's husband Gord was kind enough to send along two more reports in which he had been witness to in years past. I am sure you will find them also
interesting. Also he has given his permission to place his name to these reports. Over the years, I've had my fair share of sightings. A couple that I remember well are spooky, yet exhilarating. The first happened
about 1984 when my sister & I were watering our horses in a town just south of where Jen & I live now. While they were drinking, my sister & I happened to look up to see what we thought was a large looking
satellite. To our surprise, it got about half way across the sky, stopped, & just like warp speed on Star Trek, got really bright, went to a small spec of light & disappeared!! The next one was a while after
that, & ALOT closer, I could've probably hit it with a rock!! I was coming home one night after dark, and just as I was walking down mom's driveway, I noticed a cloud just over the trees next to the barn. In
total about 200 - 300 yards from the house. The cloud was changing from a rich blood red to a deep reddish-purple, & so on, yet there wasn't a cloud ANYWHERE in the sky, just the stars. I ran into the house all
freaked out & got my mother & sister, and when they came out, they had pretty much the same reaction. Then, just as quick, we went back in the house. A few minutes later, it was gone!! Thank you Gord for

Mystery Lights Over Lake Erie - A Mystery from The Great Lakes Triangle

While taking his usual early morning walk along the shores on Lake Erie, Ontario, near Morgan's Point, business professional, Dirk Vander Ploeg eyes were drawn
to the south-eastern skies, were two bright objects, one brighter than the other conducting maneuvers that could not have been terrestrial aircraft. Vander Ploeg immediately returned to his residence, found his camcorder, and
returned to the shoreline, where the two unknown objects were videotaped maneuvering for approximately one hour. The objects appear on video to be a planetary alignment... that it, until the objects start moving in two opposite
directions - then returning back to their original locations over the Lake to which Vander Ploeg's attention was originally attracted two. At approximately 11:00 a.m., Rob McConnell, the host of THE 'X' ZONE RADIO SHOW, and a
personal friend of Vander Ploeg arrived and was shown the videotape. After viewing the footage, McConnell placed several calls to colleagues in Canada and the United States to see if there was any explanation for the strange
maneuvers or if in fact, the objects were terrestrial... a rare planetary alignment or possibly extraterrestrial craft. Calls included Canada's crack Search and Rescue in Trenton, Ontario.... NORAD at Cheyenne Mountain... Air
Traffic Control Centers in Canada and the United States. The reply from all sources - there were no calls of a UFO order... there were no unknown targets on radar screens... commercial or military. Peter Davenport of the
National UFO Reporting Center in Washington was contacted. Davenport stated that an astronomer called into the center last evening at approximately 21:00 PST and reported a sighting but there could no no correlation with Vander
Ploeg's sighting. The video footage of this sighting will be shown on CHTV and SPACE: The Imagination Station has been contacted as well. A UFO watch has been e\established for the early hours of Sunday, July 15, between the
hours of 03:00 and 06:00 am Eastern. Dirk Vander Ploeg will be a guest on the Monday morning, July 16th edition of THE 'X' ZONE RADIO SHOW and will be heard on the Liberty Works Radio Network.If anyone has information that

While looking at Mars, 3 UFO's entered our line of site in perfect formation. After approx. 10 seconds, the 3rd on the left broke away from the formation. 10 seconds later, the 2 remaining in formation drew extremely
close together....closer than a satellite or aircraft would ever dare. Approx. 5 seconds later, the 3rd rejoined the formation, and then all 3 disappeared from sight, having passed across the entire horizon. These objects were
yellow/orange in color, and, as stated by an 11 year old witness, looked like bats.

5 Chevron shaped objects flying in V pattern. On a clear night my wife, 12 year boy and I saw 5 white, chevron shaped objects moving very fast from NE to SW. They were silent, flying in a V pattern. Just before going
out of view behind a tree all 5 objects split into different directions and disappeared. Difficult to determine altitude or size.

Me and my two companions witnessed a strange sort of light in the sky that had at least 2-3 light forming a pattern around the craft!. I honestly was scared from this "sighting" I'd have to say this is one of the
freakiest things I've seen in my life. the craft was a bright yellow with red and yellow light surrounding it and flashing in a pattern. the craft when I first saw it was about right above a house that me and my companions were
standing in front of, then not even ten minutes later the craft had moved at least twenty feet away( around 14 miles in space ??) this object or craft had many ships or other crafts surrounding it 4 to be exact...this honestly
amazes me but also scares the s*** out of me!!!

At 8:15 PM July 19, 2001 myself and a witness observed an object fly across the sky directly above that appeared to be a jet aircraft similar to a commercial jet. The only discrepancy was that it did not appear to have
any wings. It looked like the space shuttle coming in for a landing but without the V shaped wings. It tool approx 1 min to come into view and then leave the other way. There were other commercial jets in the sky directly
behind the object. I believe it was a military or test vehicle but have never seen anything like this before.

At approx. 3:53 am, I saw over my head two bright "stars" about 2 inches apart. It was moving due north, at a medium fast-pace, faster than a plane and slower than a satellite. The "stars" were not
flashing, but continually emitted light. The first of the two "stars" was emitting a bright light towards the horizon. It made no noticeable noise. This sighting was made at Barnum Lake, near Thunder Bay, Ontario on
Sunday morning, on July 22, 2001. After a minute and a half, it went above the trees and was no longer visible, despite its height. It would have been pursued, but no roads were available.

we were seeing this thing make moves that you don't see from a plane up down stopping left to right coming back to us stopping going left again it went behind the house so we ran out front to see where it had gone but could not
see it again.

of mini-golf and as we were driving we noticed an object shaped like a plane. 3 lights, it seemed to be like a place 2 lights on the wings and on at the front but as we approached it was seen that it wasn't moving, it was just
sitting there and we kept driving. I was sitting at the passenger seat and as we passed I look behind and it was still sitting there without movement. The object seemed to be at the same height as an usual plane would be. we
went around the corner and it was out of our site.

The two objects in formation left no trail , sound or other noticeable. While observing the skies for shooting stars of which I counted 4 in approximately 8-10 minutes at about 20 minutes past midnight on July 27/01
appearing overhead on about a 280 degree heading (2)glows one on the right slightly ahead,at arms length 3\4 inch apart with glow 1\4 inch diameter traveling very fast and silent.Living nearby an airport I can guess that if a
Cessna flew overhead at about 1000 ft that the flying lights on the wingtips would be nearly the identical distance of the glows separation.The objects were not a light as we know but energy. The objects had no noticeable
trail,sound as mentioned but I noticed shortly after an aircraft very high with nightlights, heading on the identical heading which is strange because air traffic usually heads on an east/west path especially at night.

I came down stairs to check on my son who was tossing around in his bed, he had called out to me in his sleep.I tucked him in to bed and headed back upstairs; when
something caught my attention out the back window from the corner of my eye. There in the night sky was a glowing light circling just above the clouds.It wasn't circling in a neat pattern; it almost looked as though it was
going into a dip as it would turn and come back around .I was so amazed @ what I was seeing I woke my daughter and had her come and watch .We both stood there watching and another appeared and they began to move in
sequence . This lasted for another minute and my daughter decided to return to bed.Right after she left they began to move more quickly all of a sudden 5 more appeared and it disappeared before my eyes . this is the second time
I have witnessed this light in the clouds in the night sky .I was driving home from work one night and seen the same light but it appeared to be over further more toward the south east of Fort Erie At this time thought
nothing of it thought maybe a spot light or some weather thing that was around 11 @ night and when you live in the country these things tend to stand out. I believe I witnessed some kind of alien crafts it
couldn't be anything else !!!!!!
Update
I am not much at drawing so I will try my best to describe what I have seen these objects or luminous lights were in the clouds or flying above them. The first night I seen them
was when I was returning home from work. We live in the country. It was about 11:00 at night, and way down the road in front of me in the sky I could see a luminous light moving back and forth across the sky, within the clouds.
I thought it might have been a spotlight at first, and didn't think anything of it, until later when I went to bed, I found that it was unusual because there wouldn't be anywhere a spotlight would be out there in the sky, but
then I forgot about it, but that was a week ago. The second sighting was when I wrote to you, on the morning of July 16th. As to describe these strange lights, they were moving simultaneously in a oval formation,
circling around and around, as if flying and then turning, coming back around. This continued on for aprox. seven minutes altogether. They were luminous through the clouds in appearance, but did appear to have some kind of
shape, because I could see this as it turned up and went around in a circle. They looked triangular almost, but rounded at the same time. At the end of this as they continued four more appeared in the arranged formation of an
oval, and then suddenly disappeared, vanished. I am very interested in knowing, if we were seeing the same thing. Thanks very much for your time and information, and I hope to be hearing from you soon.

We saw a jet going from SW to SE and an object came up behind it on exactly the same flight path but much faster than the jet and when it reached the jet it disappeared
and the jet kept going. It covered the jets speed double or triple the speed. It was bright and round with no noise.I hope you don't think we are nuts, maybe we have seen a satellite or something like that. I read that people
give some personal background of themselves, we are in our late 40's my husband Philippe is a potato farmer and I'am a registered nurse, reality based professions!

I was wondering if you've been receiving any reports of lights flying across the sky recently in southern Ontario, Canada. I live in Waterloo, about 1 hour west of Toronto, and on Wednesday, Aug. 8th, shortly before 11PM I was outside waiting for the dog to "do her business." While waiting, I just so happened to look up northwest (at an angle of 45-50 degrees), and saw what appeared to be a slightly "out-of-focus" ball of white light flying across the sky at a tremendous speed. It was about the size of my baby finger-nail held at arm's length. It's altitude must have been quite high, since there was absolutely no noise whatsoever, but it went from nearly the western horizon to the eastern horizon in a matter of 5 or 7 seconds. I would have passed it off as a "shooting star" or small meteor, but the strange thing is that there was no tail, and it did not fly in a perfectly straightward path. It seemed to meander slightly as it shot from west to east, like an bee flying from one flower to another. Have you heard of anything else like this? Thank you. Sincerely, ((name deleted))

There was a clear blue sky on August 25, 2001, as the witness and his wife drove north and noticed a high flying jet plane leaving a contrail at 10:02 AM. One
minute later they saw another craft moving northeast without making a contrail. It was moving just too fast and too high to be a glider or small airplane. It looked like a perfectly cylindrical metallic object with
a quasi-transparent dome shape attached to the top similar in texture to what you can see when the moon is barely visible during the day. There was a variable haze surrounding the object the fast moving object. As
the object came overhead the witness laughed to himself and realized the shape of the object was just like a UFO portrayed in a B movie. Comparing the UFO with a helicopter flying over the witness felt the UFO was the
size of a big commercial jet. He is an amateur astronomer and has a Master degree in engineering.

Weather: clear skies, cool temps (approx 55 degrees)
Watching sky while following, K, G, (ahead of us talking), S, & A. Saw a bright ball of white light what appeared to be a low altitude over the lake. There was no noise and no flashing lights associated with common aircraft, it flowed through the sky rather than flew like a plane. I watched for a good 10 seconds waiting for the flashing light of an airplane and saw none. The light was steady and unblinking. Called on S, and A, and said "why isn't it flashing". Watched for another few seconds with S & A while following its path, then suddenly it was far away towards the east and totally disappeared for about 2 second and then reappeared at an even greater distance, and grew smaller until we could no longer see it. Judging from its size upon first viewing it and its sudden decrease in size while moving away, the acceleration speed would have had to have been tremendous. No plane that I am aware of could receed in the sky that fast.

"One Sunday morning in July 2001, (9h30 AM Ontario time and lasted approx. 20 minutes)I happened to be looking out my window (facing east)when I saw a round
shape object emerge from behind the building across the street at the level of the 8th floor. This object was dark grey in colour, flying parallel to the ground it turned eastward and started to climb steadily. As it climbed, the objects would seem to flicker from opaque to mirror blinding. The sky conditions were ideal, no smog no clouds. I can see the CN tower from where I live (25 miles). I went to my kitchen and came back to see a huge cloud forming rapidly over the distance between me and the tower, it quickly reached the object and enveloped it. As the object was enveloped, I was blinded by the sun reflecting on the whole object (carrier ship?). After drying my eyes, I looked up to see a blank sky... No traces of the cloud anywhere!"

"I dont have an exact date, but im looking for anything similar. It was late in the evening and my boyfriend and i stepped outside to
have a cigarette, he was out there before I was and started yelling at me to come outside, when I stepped out, I yelled for my mother to come out too. Over the park about 45 feet from my house a sphere shaped object with a ring of lights (blue, green and red) on the outside spinning was hovering over the houses. After a moment it took off east-wards towards center street, watching the craft it bolted straight up then zig zaged upwards and further east about 6 times before going straight up and disappearing. 2 days later I spotted a cylander shapped silver object jet over the houses a couple doors down, moments later 2 black helicopters on silent mode whipped over the houses into the park did a quick circle and turned back. I'm trying to find anyone with any sightings as the one above."

Bolton ON 2001 approx. 10pm
A friend and I were travelling North Bound on a country Road, Humber Station Road amd Healy Road is the closest intersection. The object appeared before us beside a farm, which had us initailly think it was a large
piece of farm equipment.
The object seemed to follow the road, proceeding South towards our car.
When it became approx 150 feet from our car the object changed direction and without making a turn moved east. The lights, slowly disappearing from view behind some trees.
I stepped on the brake in the car, and
halted it in position until we could determine what was happening in front of us. My friend and I were both awestruck at the time not communicating until what we had seen disappeared.
When the road was clear
we proceeded going North on the road, when we reached the point were we saw the object move into there was no evidence of any vehicle moving into that clearing.
The object did nothing to threaten us.
We did not in anyway feel we were in danger. It simply seemed to drive down the street and move into a field on our right.
