UFO details report: 1964, or 65 North York, Toronto Ontario. My best friend Cheryl and I were walking home down Diagonal Rd. returning home from Girl Guides, we had walked about 1/2 way down Diagonal, when we looked up and saw a silvery, circular shape with lights around the edge. It was moving just above the telephone poles. We were very scared and started running. It seemed to follow us down the road. We saw it for about 5 minutes. Arriving home she went to her house and I to mine. I ran in and told my family to come outside. I explained what we had seen. My family went  outside at which point my mother pointed out the skylights over Toronto, but I said that wasn't what we had seen. My eldest brother had stayed inside and called the airport to see if there were any reports of strange sightings, but my mother, father and second brother were outside, and my friends family had come out onto the street. Within minutes after seeing the skylights cross over the object appeared again hovering over the street poles, and about 30 feet from us. We watched for about 5 min. During that time the lights on it moved /flashed back and forth. We all watched it and then it appeared to pull back and shot away incredibly fast. We were all stunned. We never told other people at the time, just talked amongst ourselves. I think at the time people would have thought it very odd. I spoke to my friend, after many years of not being in touch, and she remembered it like it was yesterday. I absolutely have no doubt we all saw something that evening.
