Desbarats August 23rd UFO Report

ufo details report: midnight 23 aug 2012. my husband retired and i sat looking out our patio door listening to the rain. we live in a rural area east of sault ste marie. the overhead fan was on and the light on the fan over the stove. that was the only light on and it rained very hard. i suddenly noticed a bright light shaped like a letter L. the long side was horizontal to the ground and the short arm pointing towards the heavens. a light ran inside it like the northern lights move. the colour was bright white or yellow. it moved back and forth over top of our septic field. i thought i was going crazy believe me it is PITCH BLACK out here no streetlights. i went to 3 different windows then out onto the patio deck itself. i wasn't frightened just curious. was going to take a flashlight out there but thought better of it. then i just went to bed. it was moving about 8 to 10 feet off the ground. i thought it must be a reflection as our windows are rectangular and the fan was on but the next night it wasn't recreated under the same situation.i walked out to the site about 100 feet from the house the next day. we just build the house a year ago and where the grass and garden ended is just weeds and brambles. i saw footprints of probably wolf or some wild animal and the weeds had been parted but a deer or bear could have done that. no burn marks or anything unusual on the spot mentioned.i just wondered if anyone else has witnessed anything shaped like that. thank you
