Woodstock On September 18th 2014 9:50 pm Disc shape with orange light
UFO details report: After returning home on Thursday September 18 2014 my girlfriend and I noticed an orange light moving very slowly above our house, Initially I thought it was a plane and even said to her "Look a UFO" for a joke however, we both noticed the craft wasn't moving fat or blinking lights as a plane would have it was a solid orange light and what shocked me the most was after several seconds of looking at it, the light was turned off however I could still see the craft, A LOT easier without the orange light, it was night time and was dark but CLEAR as day I could make out a disc shaped object that quickly sped off in an up and down "roller coaster" way further away from my house still though I was able to see the disc then it disappeared in the distance. In further correspondence the witness writes:
"I have never seen anything like that before nor have I ever seen any aerospace object that hovers in the sky, moves in a roller coaster form, or that uses orange as an identifying light, nor have I seen one that completely turns off the light and then keeps moving for that matter.
As soon as that light went out that's when I clearly saw a round flat circle object that flew off in an up and down form, but if that orange light hadn't turned off I don't think I would have been able to make out the object I would've only been able to describe the orange light. It was dark but very clear last night, and regardless of how dark it was when that orange light went off the clearness of that circle moving was just unbelievable.
It seemed like it might have come out of Michigan and over the Sarnia/Petrolia/Strathroy area headed in the direction of Owen Sound."
Another witness to a strange light same evening and general location:
"We were coming back from Aylmer towards the 401. about 1130pm. This was Thursday night. Their was a red light, moving like a plane, but this is what we thought odd, it was really low in the sky, and not moving very fast. Did not last to long, maybe 5 min or so, and poof, it was gone.. Not sure what it was."
