ufo details report: Friday November 27, approx. 6:20 a.m. Milton, Ontario.Driving to work, north on Neyagawa Road from Dundas Street to the 407. There was continuous cloud cover across the sky that I would estimate at a height of about 2 kilometers.I saw a rounded somewhat diffuse circle of light in the sky moving from east to west. Continuing to drive north, I then noticed there were four of these lights moving in a circular pattern to the north. I would estimate the diameter of the circle about 2 kilometers, though I am not trained at judging distances in the sky. At one point the light closest to me sped up, caught up to the light ahead of it and as the two merged, the combined light grew brighter, then returned to the original brightness level. As I merged onto the 407 heading East, I could still see the lights, all of them north of the highway and slightly east of my position. Intrigued, I pulled over near the Trafalgar road exit, took out my phone and shot a short video. Unfortunately, trees on the far side of the highway obscured all lights except when one of them would come to the southernmost edge of the circle they were traversing. I do suspect this may have been a four light searchlight, but of course cannot be certain. I did not see any beams of light as one would expect to see from a searchlight, only the circles of light on the cloud cover overhead. I'd like to point out this area is rural and is quite close to the Toronto Pearson Airport. The circles of light I saw were not flashing, but were constant and at no time did any of the lights deviate from the circular pattern that was being made.
