Kingston ON February 25th 9:15pm

I was loading a pick-up truck with a friend early (9:15) Wednesday morning. I looked into the Northern sky and saw a very bright star. I asked my friend what it was and he was stunned. after 10 seconds of no movement it stopped glowing and looked silver and shiny. I looked at my friend and asked if he could really see it. I looked back and it was gone. We searched the sky for 10 min or so and couldn't find it again.
