I am not quite sure of the date 1995 or 96 at approximately 9:30 P.M.we were watching for meteor showers and it was said that the north would be the place to look for these showers,so when I said to my working partner quick have a look he came to observe these showers but I was so exited I did not realize these objects were moving from left to right not coming straight down.They were approximately eight ft. dia.and glowing lime green and the lowest one was approximately  30 ft off the ground but over a factory that had a housing  on the roof about 10 ft. square.The lowest craft just cleared this housing and would have fit in this housing with no problem the other objects where flying in staggered formation above the lowest craft.There was one craft that was sort of in a look out position above an Spruce Tree that was on the hill approximately 70 ft. from ground where the factory is.They moved West to North  East and once they cleared the length of the factory they headed across the mill pond in a South East direction starting to elevate as they were crossing the mill pond until they cleared  the trees where we were observing them and headed East moving towards Toronto in an Easterly direction and their speed did not change .  

At the time I tried look up where I could report this but I could not find no place to report this.   

I have been observing other crafts for years in our area but did not know where to report this to.
