UFO details report: This experience happened to me sometime in the early '90s in Mississauga, ON in the parking lot of the International Center on Airport Road in late November. It happened around 6:00 pm, and I was getting into my vehicle which was parked in one of the lots at the rear of the International Centre. I happened to look up into the night sky; I am not sure what caught my attention, but I saw and heard the object at the same time; it was unmistakably moving slowly across the sky, but because it was so odd, I watched it for some time. It was a cloth-like object; at first I thought it was a flag on a flagpole, but I realized that there was no flagpole it could have been tethered to; I confirmed this the next day when I drove to the same parking lot area where I was parked the night before; there is no way there could have been anything like that in that area. The object moved with a constant flapping or rippling motion, and I could faintly hear a flapping like sound, but it definitely had the appearance of a fabric-like object moving across the sky. I watched it until it faded out of my line of vision; the parking lot was lit by streetlamps, but this object was much higher than those streetlamps, and I could only make it out when it was within my line of vision inside the circle of light from that particular streetlamp. I have since thought about that object many times over the years, and would love to know if anyone else witnessed that as well.
