"It was around 10:00pm Friday July 31, 2009 I was having a cigarette outside a restaurant in it's parking lot.  Looked up at the clear night sky and noticed from the corner of my eye what I thought to be a large cluster of birds in a vertical boomerang formation. Upon closer inspection, the cluster was monstrous and there was no wing flapping motions, none of the cluster object fell out of formation and the rate of speed was too fast to suggest birds...especially at 10pm in the evening. Then, right behind the "cluster" appeared a triangular formation of 6 to 8 bright lights following the cluster.  Both formations flew across the sky from the south to the north.  I was facing west looking up about 60-70 degrees.  I was  caught like a deer in the headlights and of course no one was around to witness it with me since I was in the rear loading area of the restaurant parking lot. Formations disappeared into the city's horizon. The duration of the entire sighting lasted about 1 minute."
