Strathroy Ontario November 14th 2011 4:52am

The witness writes:

"My approximate location: 42degrees 58'48.11"N81degrees 40'56.37"W Just NW of Strathroy Ontario.Time was 4:52 am Travelling in my car, due West at approximately 60 kmh.Sky above was clear.  A line of clouds to the south (my left.)A light bright enough to catch my attention flew above the clouds, near the cloud front.  It was awesome.  I was fortunate enough to observe it for about 2 seconds.  I'm guessing it was travelling at least 4 times what I would expect a jet at that altitude to appear. At first I thought it was a meteor, which I was happy to see.  The object was not descending and appeared to be in controlled flight.  The light was more defined than a meteor also.  In another second or two, I might have been able to make out the shape.  It was just too fast.  But AWESOME!!"
