UFO Sighting Report: "I am just chiming in on the sightings others have had world wide on the orange orbs/UFOs.  I saw 2 of these orange UFO's about 3 years back and reported it to the main Mufon site in the states but got back a bit of a down playing email back so didn't bother again til recently when I had a second sighting of another form in the skies over Ottawa where I live.  This time I reported it to the Canadian Mufon and I believe to one in Ontario but I can't be sure which one.  I tried contacting you before but again couldn't get your email addresses to work.

Anywho my sighting was on a warm lovely summer's evening in Ottawa along the Ottawa River.  We have apparently had quite a few sightings of different UFO's over the river and one year a couple back I believe it was people actually saw what they thought was a UFO actually crash into the Ottawa River.

Anyways my sighting was, like I said, about 3 years ago and I believe it was in July [2012] at about 9:20 pm.  I had a friend over for a visit and after she left I sat down on the couch to watch some tv when something caught my eye over Quebec which is just across the river from where I am.  I looked up and was amazed to see what looked like a killer full moon that was quite close so quite big and was this gorgeous deep orange in color.  It was sitting not too far up over the horizon on the Quebec side of the river, didn't move, no sound, just sat there.  I watched it as it was quite spectacular and then to my total shock another one exactly like the first just poof, appeared right under the first one.  Looked like there was only about 15 feet between them, they were lined up totally straight, one under the other.

I ran across the hall to get my neighbour, was only gone about 10 seconds and when we got back one had descended below the tree line but still could be seen then all of a sudden they both fired a line of orange matter (stream of energy or something) and when the firing hit the ground we heard two loud explosions.  We were totally stunned.  The second one to be seen then descended past the tree lines and the first one I had seen, not sure what happened to it.  Thank goodness I had a witness or no one would have believed it.

Since then I have heard about these orange orbs being seen all over the world, have just read the book that was written about them, and can say that I am a believer after having witnessed them myself."

In further correspondence the witness adds: "Unfortunately I really have no idea of the year exactly.  I tried to contact my friend who has since moved out of my building but haven't been able to reach her.  I am pretty sure it wasn't any earlier than July of 2011 or could have been July of 2012.  I wasn't going to send a report and so didn't make note.  So sorry.  Kind of stupid actually since this was such a spectacular sighting and when those 2 rays of orange hit the ground, that sure shocked the heck out of me.  I'm pretty sure that Chinese lanterns don't shoot rays that explode upon impact with the ground.  No these were huge balls of what looked like solid orange and as I said one appeared right under the other - identical in shape and color.

I just can't believe that no one else saw this event, I think I mentioned I even called a local tv station here who said they would check into it and nothing appeared on the news.  It was early on a gorgeous summer evening and tons of people were out riding down the scenic roadway in front of where I live and saw the two orbs - right along the Ottawa River - there are several large apartment complexes looking right out onto the river so how many apartments would that be that face the area?  Tons.  Makes no sense.

Also I didn't mention this before but there are a couple of little island like land formations along the Quebec side of the area where I saw the orbs and in the early evening 3 or 4 little orange lights are seen and I guess they are fires that people set up during the summer.  I haven't noticed them in winter but they could be there don't know.  I am not familiar with that area myself so not sure what is there, summer homes or year round habitations but if people live there or near then they had to hear those explosions."
