UFO details report: I am in Owen Sound Ontario and at about 930 tonight we saw a pretty big light in the sky flashing red green and white.  It is NE and about a third of the way up.  It appears to be stationary as well.


In further correspondence the witness writes: My parents also saw the same thing in the sky.  They live just outside of Port Elgin.
