"Driving home from Victoria Hospital and noticed a flashing light in the sky. Instantly thought it was a satellite or plane but it wasn't moving. It flashed between blue white red and orange lights rapidly. Both my mom and I watched it for about 5 minutes and I had been watching it for 10 minutes prior (during the ride home) and we still couldn't figure it out. Stayed in the sky in the exact same spot the entire time and seemed to be fading as we watched it."
