"In May, 2015, I saw odd moving lights, bluish, two, moving in tandem, and behind the clouds. It was a dark night and I was looking out the window from my bed. It looked the same as a light would look if it was moving under water and you were watching it from the surface. It did not go in circles as the other comments have stated. The two light did a kind of wave movement and disappeared. The light came from behind the clouds and there was no search light or light beam... It has puzzled me since I saw it and I've never seen anything similar. These lights were over Oshawa, Ontario."
