"Hey there! I live in Mississauga as well...And I saw something similar. There were four white lights in the sky I observed on my walk to work this morning [November 27th 2015] at 6:23 AM . It was a bit cloudy and dark at that time but these four spots were distinctly noticeable as they were a whitish color lighter then the darkened sky or clouds, seemed to be low and were rotating clockwise. While rotating they would expand, and then contract and converge before expanding out in a repeating cycle. It struck me as very odd, because the pattern of the motion kept the same pace and as far as I could tell the distance they spread out was the same which each rotation. Even as the sky brightened they were visible, and while the scattered clouds would sometime make it harder to see the spot i never lost sight of them. Because the size of the spots and the area they covered was noticeably large I couldn't be sure of my distance in relation to them but I know they were in the direction of the west and had to be in the low cloud level as I also saw a plane pass nearby and the plane was so much higher in comparison. It almost seemed like they were following along my lefthand side as it was easy to see the spots alongside the duration of my 2.3 kilometer walk bit maybe that was a trick due to distance. I don't know. I can't explain it, and I never have seen anything like it before. "
