Stratford ON February 12th 2007 11pm (exact date/time approx.)

While sitting in a parking lot in Stratford, Ontario, saw single large very bright orb changing directions and moving erratically through low cloud cover. Appeared to be an object quite low, under 1000 ft in my estimation. Was able to watch it for more than three minutes. Moved east and west as well as gaining and losing altitude in a slow, random pattern before disappearing slowly toward the northeast. Light was very bright even in full daylight and did not fluctuate. Orb appeared to be size of a pea held at arm's length.
