Guelph ON  August 12th 2007 3:40pm

I was outside my house at 3:40pm today ( Sunday August 12th 2007 ).  My brother and I were installing a light fixture. He was up on a step ladder and I was looking up at him when I saw the object in the sky behind him.  I would describe it as a dark "egg-shaped" object. It was streaking across the sky headed east. I immediately pointed it out to my brother who saw the object as well. It dissappeared behind the trees and we ran to the road to try and spot it again but it was gone. My brother said that it appeared to "wobble" back and forth behind we lost sight of it. The object was clearly not any kind of regular plane nor could it have been a helicopter because there was no sound whatsoever. It had been raining off and on all day but at this moment the rain had stopped.  The skies were grey and overcast but the object was clearly seen in the sky.
