" I am very interested in UFO's and have even had positive dreams about being aboard UFO's.  There was one incident (not a dream) when I was living in my townhouse in Scarborough, I lived in a townhouse on the south-east corner of Warden and Sheppard at the time of my sighting and I think it was around 1986 that it happened.  My backyard faced east. I felt compelled to walk out my back door and look straight up in the sky.  There, in broad daylight, was a silver disk, hovering directly over my head.  It was quite high up, so appeared about half the size of a dime.  I watched for a minute or two and it did not move.  I simply said to myself, in a matter-of-fact way "well, there they are", not even knowing who "they" were.  I didn't even feel excited.  It felt as common as waving hello to your neighbour. I think that "they" want to be able to be friends with us and want us to get used to seeing them.  But, of course there are those who want to shoot them down and think of them as invaders, rather than someone looking for a cultural exchange, and unfortunately that may be what most people think.  So, until it is safe for them to meet us openly, they must keep their distance, and perhaps try to communicate with those few open-minded individuals who believe in them.  Still, there could aliens who are not friendly out there as well, so we should proceed with caution."

Our thanks and appreciation go out to the witness for sharing this UFO experience with us.
