"At sundown I saw a whitish greenish arc of light from my back verandah about a 1/2 hr before sundown. A greenish second light much brighter emerged to move forward of the fainter one and it appeared to move very quickly to the south and disappeared in a few seconds and the other one faded away .... I watched for a few minutes more but saw nothing. This was to the east of the cross roads at Mitch Owens and river road in Manotick and it appeared not to be too high. Was greenish white to whitish. No other colors."
