February 7th 2015 Bowmanville Ontario

UFO Report: "I just saw the sky light up in Bowmanville, Ontario 11:30 pm bright flash, again at 11:35 pm. It was so bright like someone turned the lights on outside in the darkness, I have never seen anything like that before."

Webmaster's note: Driving west from nearby Whitby Ontario at this time I can attest the weather was terrible due to heavy bands of snow where visibility was very poor. Possibly blown transformer?
