UFO details report: My name is (removed for privacy) I live in by Saint Julian park in the east end. I just read your post from a few years back. I just seen something strange in the sky early Wednesday morning, a green like spot light hidden in the clouds...No not a spotlight,  the reflection was not on the bottom of the clouds but inside of the clouds. It would rotate around changing size of the light then suddenly start rotating the opposite direction. The 2 guys I car pool with both seen this as well, the one guy made a short video.
