UFO details report: My wife and daughter and I were driving south on highway 4 between Lucan and Elginfield. A light which was travelling west to east was below the cloud cover and looked to be possibly a plane on an approach to the London airport. It was travelling in a slow lazy path when it seem to levitate up the cloud ceiling. The odd thing is the lights were on the top of the craft and illuminated the cloud cover. It continued to draw closer to the cloud ceiling and popped through out of sight. The event lasted about 20 to 30 seconds and was gone. cloud cover was broken but we could not locate any lights on the path it was originally travelling.
