Woodstock December 11th 2015 4pm

UFO details report: Hello, I am a semi truck driver and I was driving west on the 401 near Woodstock, heading back to Michigan via the blue water bridge. It was 4 p.m. on Friday, the 11th of December. I noticed a shiny bright light in the sunny sky, just near a cirrus cloud in the sky. It was heading west as well, but was making circular motions as it was traveling, similar to when a pen draws a spiral on a piece of paper, the light became dimmer as I continued to watch it for about 15 seconds, until it went into the cloud to not be seen again. I couldn't judge how large the object was until I saw a 747 type passenger airplane a little bit later at around the same height. The airplane looked like a speck in the sky compared to the shiny circle I saw, so it had to have been at least 10 times larger than a plane...
